Depending on strain and volume, our seeds cost between $0.45 and $2 each. Check our catalog for latest prices, or contact us for a custom quote.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 5,000 seeds.
Are the seeds feminized?
Yes, we only sell feminized seeds.
Can I put a deposit down, reserve or prepay for future seed orders?
No, all orders must be paid in full, with a signed material transfer agreement and copy of your valid hemp license in a valid state.
Can we sell to farms outside of the USA?
The short answer is no. We can only sell to farmers in the US that have valid hemp licenses.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers, business / personal checks from returning clients, cashier’s checks from new clients, and cash if under $10,000. No cash transactions over $10k without IRS form 8300.
How do I place an order?
You may begin the ordering process by contacting us through our online form or via email. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email attached with an electronic invoice describing payment instructions and a request for (1) a copy of your hemp license and (2) a signed material transfer agreement. Both are required for a successful transaction.
Can I still order if I do NOT have my license yet?
No, you need your license.
Are your seeds below 0.3% THC?
Yes, all of our hemp varieties will pass any state department of agriculture THC requirements when sampled at the appropriate time.
What are your germination rates?
We average between 90% to 99%.
Can I give, sell or transfer seeds to another person, farm or company?
No. Every client must sign the (MTA) Material Transfer Agreement, which prohibits the sale, resale or transfer of purchased seeds. The MTA also prohibits the use of our seeds as breeding stock or for clone sales or mother stock.
